It's hard to say but this is the best movie from Michael Bay. All must remember, that he did all this crap too: "Armageddon", "The island", "Bad boys", "Bad boys 2" and, oh! The best one!: "Pearl Harbour". Transformers" is far from a good movie but, indeed, is the best film that he has ever did.
His best work is an adaptation from the transformers cartoons based on a toys serie. in other way, a remake from a remake. The toys creators, Hasbro, made the toys in the early 80's: Then They made the cartoons, comic-book and all the merchandise. It's unbelievable that now in the first decade of the new millenia, Transformers come back in hands of one of the worst moviemakers.
Today I had read a paper from Fernando Broncano who talks about creativity. Thanks to "Transformers" I ask myself: is there creativity in some place of this movie? When Kant talked about reflexive judgemen are he talking about something hide in the very deep inside of "Transformers". I don't believe it, but however made this movie need to know the keys from this kind of cinema. In some way this is remade again the same codes that should be understand perfectly by the audience. They doesn't are inventing the wheel: they only are letting rolling it mountain down. The causality will do the rest.
